750 g Chicken
200 g Natural Yoghurt
1 Packet Biryani Masala
Salt
1 tsp Red Pepper (powder)
0.5 tsp Turmeric (powder)
1 tsp Coriander (powder)
1 tsp Garlic (minced)
4 tbsp Vegetable Oil
2 tbsp Vinegar
1 tsp Cumin Seeds (roasted)
6 Cardamoms
8 Cloves
10 Black Pepper Corns
2 Cinnamon Sticks
2 Star Anise
1-2 Bay Leaves
0.25 cup Mint Leaves
0.25 cup Coriander Leaves
1 tbsp Tamarind (optional)
300 g Onions (sliced)
400 g Tomatoes (chopped)

Directions
- Marinade
- Place chicken pieces in a bowl.
- Add natural yoghurt.
- Add vinegar.
- Add salt.
- Add pepper powder.
- Add cumin powder.
- Add xxx powder.
- Add xxx seeds.
- Add cinnamon.
- Add star anise.
- Add xxx powder.
- Mix well.
- Set aside to marinate for xxx.
- Add oil to a large fry pan.
- Add onions and fry until golden brown.
- Add tomatoes.
- Add chicken marinade.
- Mix well.
- Cover and cook on medium heat until oil separates.
- Sprinkle coriander leaves.
- Sprinkle xxx powder.
- Cook basmati rice.
